Using the service
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, the waitlists you run, and the data you collect through them. You must have the right to collect the information your forms request from your visitors.
Acceptable use
Do not use waitlist.page to send spam, collect data unlawfully, host illegal or harmful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put other customers at risk.
Billing
Paid accounts are billed $5/mo after a 14-day free trial. Fees are charged in advance each month and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable-use rules above. On termination you can export your data; after a reasonable period we may delete it.
